BRENT ATWATER'S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SPECIAL EVENT POLICIES

Tuition

     All workshop and program registrations are processed through Brent Atwater's Office.
   Registrants can register for any workshop or program by using a Visa, MasterCard.
   We also take  Pay Pal.  American Express, Discover or eCard are processed through PayPal.
   We accept personal checks for workshops and programs in the US.
   Registrants paying by check are required to send their check directly to the office 3 weeks
   prior to the workshop date.


    Refunds

   There are no refunds. In the unlikely event a workshop or program is cancelled due to weather
   or unforeseen circumstances, registrations will be 100% refunded. Refunds are processed within
   one (1) week and are refunded through the original method of payment.

   If a class is canceled, Participants can request to transfer their monies to another workshop
   or program of their choice with no administration fee. Participants can also choose to transfer
   their registration to someone else. Lastly, they may also use the credit towards products
   available through Brent Atwater's or Just Plain Love® Books website.


   Regulations

    Participants must be 18 years or older.  By signing up for an Event you represent and warrant
   that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and you have the legal right and capacity to
   enter into, agreed to and comply with these Terms and Policies in your jurisdiction.

   Please bring a notebook.  NO tape recorders or recording devices are allowed.

    AMIDI Classes: Participants may not bring their animals to the workshop or program unless   
   requested by the Program Administrator.

   Due to the energetic component of the workshops and programs:
   Please bring socks, as we will be working barefooted in some of the classes.
   Please bring something to drink during the events.
   For at least 24 hours after the workshops or programs, alcohol consumption is not recommended.

    The entire contents of Brent Atwater's sites (including the Materials) are copyrighted under the
   United States copyright laws and/or similar laws of other jurisdictions. Without limitation,
   Brent Atwater owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement
   of the Materials on the Sites. Third-party content providers own the copyright in content that
   is original to them. Trademarks and service marks that appear on the Sites are the service and
   trademarks of Brent Atwater or affiliated companies such as Just Plain Love® Books. Without
   Brent Atwater's prior written permission, you agree not to display or use, in any manner any such
   marks and all goodwill associated with any use by you. The Materials may not be copied,
   reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior
   written permission of Brent Atwater unless and except as is expressly provided in writing.
